Select Card terms and conditions
The Select Card is a promotion offered by London Jewellery Week (LJW) that provides Cardholders with savings and benefits offered by participants of LJW online and at events, shops and galleries. The London Jewellery Week website offers the most up-to-date information on the discounts and benefits offered by participants, its partners and sponsors (collectively, “LJW Members”). Look for the London Jewellery Week logo during London Jewellery Week 2010 to take advantage of these promotions.
By signing up for the LJW Select Card, you are agreeing to the following specific terms and conditions of the Card Agreement. You understand that LJW members make available online special offers and services to cardholders of this program (“Cardholders”) and these are individual and may vary across participating members of LJW. By ordering the Select Card, submitting your information or using the Card you are indicating that you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
You acknowledge that the Agreement may be modified or terminated at any time. Any changes or additions to the offers will appear on this page. You will be deemed to have accepted any change to this Card Agreement if you continue to use the Card after that change has been posted here.
You must complete all information fields in the sign-up section to be able to receive the card.
Use of your Select Card in-store: You must show your Select Card before you make a purchase at a participating LJW retailer. LJW Members have the right to deny a discount if you do not present your Card before payment.
Use of your Select Card online: In order to redeem savings via online LJW Members you will be asked to enter your Card number either on www.londonjewelleryweek.co.uk or at the online LJW Member’s website.
LJW Members are independent. Momentous Events Ltd, trading as London Jewellery Week, is not liable for any products or services provided by the LJW Members.
The return value of the item(s) purchased using this card shall be the applicable return value under the LJW Member’s return policy, minus the discount obtained.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
The personal data you provide shall be included in our database and used to keep you updated on events and special offers from the LJW Members. This data will not be shared with or transferred to any third parties.
